Data controller
RuleCraft, an early-stage project not yet incorporated as a company. Contact: contact@rulecraft.fr. This notice will be updated with the registered company name, legal form, registered address, and company number once incorporated.
What data
Your email address and, if you choose to share it, your industry. Nothing else. (A technical signup source may be recorded to measure our channels.)
Why
Only to keep you informed about RuleCraft's launch and offer you early access. No reselling, no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by checking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Hosting
The list is managed via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), hosted within the European Union.
Anti-spam
The form is protected by ALTCHA, a self-hosted bot-check running on our own servers (no third-party service) that transmits no personal data: it relies on a computation performed by your browser, with no visitor identification or tracking.
Retention
Until launch, and at the latest once you unsubscribe. Inactive addresses are purged.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, and one-click unsubscribe from every email. For any request: contact@rulecraft.fr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or your own national data protection authority if you are outside France — if you believe our processing of your data does not comply with the regulation.
